Ben Tampa Am day 2 update

yo locs!  Ok, day 2, qualifiers for me.  So much fun.  I’ll get it out of the way first for you. I Did not make the top 16 for semis. But all good friends, don’t cry for me.  here’s how the day went down…

 

well, we started the day out brushing our teeth, a great way to make yourself presentable to the public.  Here, Jenna displays the ‘mirror-self-lurk-while-brushing’ technique while I just simply lurk in the background. ”She’s better than me!”

My heat was fifth, and last of the day.  Here I show my ‘best side’ in the well known “ben is waiting” photo.  Inspiring, I know.

Luckily Elliot, my C1rca TM, had time to show           magnus and I realized we had a dope

His best grumpy face for the cam.  He looks              sense of style that day.  Great minds,

like someone just broke his heart.                             Think together..in same ways…go oilers.

 Finally got to skate.  I had a good start, then missed every other trick after!  What the stink, eh?  kickflip, BS overcrooks, Switch Flip.  Next year I’ll pull out the backflip and really blow minds.

 

 Meet Elliot.  Canada TM.  Meet Andrew.  US TM.    Meet Scooter.  stairs TM.  he’s in semis tomorrow.

 

There it is, extensive for sure.  what a rad day! Jenna and I ended the day with some Dinner at fresh mouth burger with Elliot, Andrew, Magnus and TJ (another circa am).  Scoot was there for a bit, but apparently he does his own thing…always. rad.

Jenna and i are just chilling today, perhaps we will meet up with Elliot and magnus for a $10 tampa bay lightning NHL game tonite. $10.00!  If so you’ll see some pics. go oilers…ning.

Tomorrow we will watch finals and then I’m gonna skate in the best trick.  Ready? GO!
