Small Town Lurkers Day 4
Wow, day 4 was definitely a day to remember. What a great day. We vowed not to hit the park at all, but after waking up in the jankiest motel, the “downtowner downer”, as we called it, we decided we needed some leisure shred to start the day off. Jordan got this dope blunt nose grab to fakes on perhaps the only obstacle in the skatepark. Long battle for it, worth the reward. The rest of the day followed in a great way. Small Town Lurkers Day 3
day 3, the best of the trip so far. We decided that after lurking our lives away in Invermere for the day, we had to jump on some street shredding today. Everyone felt great in the morning, and it seemed that the day was ging to be great. It was. Rails, bails and tails. I don’t know why tails, but get on it. Too rad. Small Town Lurkers Day2
There’s something about small towns, for some reason they end up getting the best skate parks. Maybe because there is nothing else to do, so they get them done right. Invemere BC is no exeption to the rule. We ended up there on day 2, but first, a recap of day 1 with photos.
Small Town Lurkers Day 1
After a long day of driving, I’m a little brain dead at 1:30am. It is not the best time to start writing about a road trip, but I guess it will have to do.
Olive decided it would be a great time of the year to go on a road trip, so we gathered a few team members and hit the road. Mr. and Mrs.Loates, Jordan Marowitch, Beau Larson, Geoff Strelow and I (Nick Zinger), hit the road to gather some footage and just lurk on some small towns in BC.
With no real aim or direction, no demos planned, just a week of skating all the fun things we can find. Unfortunately, I forgot the USB cord to upload photos from the day so all we have right now is some iPhone photos. Keep check back tomorrow for more.
